He has more than 20 years of professional experience working in auditing, consulting, risks and corporate governance for multinational mass consumption, mining, Fintech and telecommunications companies.

Its objective is for our clients to achieve excellence in Corporate Governance, optimizing their business structure, effectively managing their risks to take advantage of opportunities, and implementing efficient internal control and audit systems that allow them to convert the cost of compliance into true added value.

He is a Systems and Computer Engineer from the University of Los Andes, where he also obtained his MBA.  He is internationally certified as an Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and as an Information Security Manager (CISM). Additionally, he has advanced studies in Risk Management, Project Management, and Data Analytics.
