He has more than 30 years of professional experience working in taxes, financial control, treasury and corporate structuring for multinational technology, energy, mass consumption and consulting companies.

He is a lawyer from the Nueva Granada Military University

and International Administrator from the Universidad del Rosario, he has a specialization in international tax planning from the ICDT, and is a graduate of the INCAE Business School leadership program.
